1. About these terms
AplyOne is operated by TheInvestmentAnalyst.com Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using AplyOne, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What AplyOne is
AplyOne helps UK students track spring weeks and summer internships and prepare for applications. We provide information and preparation tools only. We do not provide careers, legal, or financial advice, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any of the firms listed.
3. Eligibility and your account
You must be 18 or over, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use AplyOne. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your login secure. One account is for one person.
4. Free trial
New accounts get a 7-day free trial with full access and no card required. At the end of the trial, access to paid features stops unless you subscribe. We remember accounts by email, so a repeat sign-up with the same email does not create a new trial.
5. Subscriptions, pricing and renewals
- Paid plans are offered as 1-month, 6-month, and 12-month subscriptions. Current prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout, in GBP, including VAT where applicable.
- All plans renew automatically at the end of each term at the then-current price, unless you cancel first. For 6-month and 12-month plans, we email a reminder about 3 days before each renewal.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. If you upgrade during your free trial, you keep the rest of your trial and your first payment is taken when the trial ends.
6. Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal ("Manage subscription"). Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it does not renew after that. Because AplyOne is digital content you access immediately, by subscribing you agree that we begin providing it straight away and you accept that the standard 14-day right to cancel for a refund no longer applies once access has begun. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights if the service is faulty or not as described.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by trying to access it without authorisation, scraping or copying our data in bulk, reselling access, or interfering with its operation.
8. Accuracy of information
We work to keep deadline and application-process information accurate and we note where it has been verified. However, application dates and processes are set by the firms and can change at any time. Always confirm details on the firm's own official pages before relying on them. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on the information, and we do not guarantee any outcome, including securing an internship.
9. Our content
The AplyOne name, design, and the content we create are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Links to firms' careers pages are provided for convenience; those sites are governed by their own terms.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Ending your access
You can stop using AplyOne and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or misuse the service.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
